코로나19 예방 수칙- 널리 알려주세요

미국 질병예방통제국(CDC)에서 강조하는 손씻기와 개인 청결문제는 다들 아실테니 좀 더 자세한 주의 사항을 전해 드리면 다음과 같습니다.

1. If you have a runny nose and sputum, you have a common cold 콧물이 나고 가래가 나면 보통 감기 입니다

2. Coronavirus pneumonia is a dry cough with no runny nose.
코로나바이러스는 마른기침에 콧물이 나지 않습니다

3. This new virus is not heat-resistant and will be killed by a temperature of just 26/27 degrees. It hates the Sun.코로나바이러스는 햇볕을 싫어하고 열에 약하여 26/27 도 만 되어도 죽습니다

4. If someone sneezes with it, it takes about 10 feet before it drops to the ground and is no longer airborne. 코로나바이러스 감염자가 재채기를 하면 10 feet 사정거리에 영향이 있지만 땅에 떨어지고 나면 더이상 공기로 인해 전염은 불가합니다

5. If it drops on a metal surface it will live for at least 12 hours - so if you come into contact with any metal surface - wash your hands as soon as you can with a bacterial soap. 만약에 코로나바이러스 가 ‘철제품’에 떨어지면 12 시간 생존가능 하므로 그런 철제품 만지셨을경우 곧바로 살균 비누로 깨끗이 손을 씻으세요

6. On fabric it can survive for 6-12 hours. normal laundry detergent will kill it. 옷이나 천에서는 6-12 생존가능하며 보통 세탁비누로 살균이 가능합니다.

7. Drinking warm water is effective for all viruses. Try not to drink liquids with ice. 따뜻한 물을 마시는것은 모든 바이러스 감염예방에 도움이 됩니다. 얼음과 함께 음료수를 마시지 않도록 노력하세요

8. Wash your hands frequently as the virus can only live on your hands for 5-10 minutes, but - a lot can happen during that time - you can rub your eyes, pick your nose unwittingly and so on.
바이러스는 우리 손에서 5-10분만 생존이 가능하기에 자주 손을 씻으세요. 우리가 무의식적으로 눈을 비비고 코를 만지고 하는 경우에 감염되는 경우가 많습니다

9. You should also gargle as a prevention. A simple solution of salt in warm water will suffice.
따뜻한 소금물로 자주 입을 씻어내는것도 예방이 될수 있습니다

10. Can't emphasise enough - drink plenty of water!
넘 중요합니다. 언제나 충분히 물을 마시세요!

THE SYMPTOMS [증상]
1. It will first infect the throat, so you'll have a sore throat lasting 3/4 days 처음엔 목구멍에 감염되기에 목이 아픈증상이 3-4일 나타납니다.

2. The virus then blends into a nasal fluid that enters the trachea and then the lungs, causing pneumonia. This takes about 5/6 days further.
5-6일 안에 코로나바이러스는 콧물에 섞여 기관지와 폐와 침투하여 폐렴을 일으키게 됩니다.

3. With the pneumonia comes high fever and difficulty in breathing. 고열과 호흡곤란증상의 폐렴입니다.

4. The nasal congestion is not like the normal kind. You feel like you're drowning. It's imperative you then seek immediate attention. 보통 감기 증상의 코막힘이 아니라 물에 빠져 숨을 못 쉬는것과 같은 증상을 느끼게 됩니다. 시급한 조치를 필요로 하게 됩니다.
